hello I keep getting this error, i have cleaned everything and still get it says the camera didnt take a picture
wifi is good
The camera didn’t take a picture
Turn off your Glowforge, open and close the lid, then turn it back on to try again.
If the problem persists, follow these steps to clean and check your Printer’s connections.
i have GLOWFORGE PLUS FOR A COUPLE OF MONTH
I have sent pictures in from my account .
If you contacted them with pictures they will likely need to take a look at it from their end @chiefandym . Just check your emails and wait to hear from someone directly in Support. (They can see more than we can by looking at your logs.)
