Been happening for the past 15 minutes, it works then crashes again, and loads reallllly slow. Wouldn’t bother, but since it’s the last hours of people preordering, it might need to be taken care of quickly

Crashed DB server that should have failed over and didn’t. Fixed quickly, but man, we feel awful about it.
Don’t feel awful, these things happen. Good thing you have a backup database though
