Started burning stamps on Sept 4 2021 at ~4:00. It looks like on every few rows, the laser carriage shifts slightly to the right, so the burned image is stretched sideways. Anyone have any ideas?
Looks like your either skipping steps on the stepper motors or skipping a tooth on the belt. Check belt tension, if its too loose you can be skipping teeth, too tight and you could be skipping steps.

It certainly might be the stepper motors. I don’t think it’s the belt tension as we’ve had that problem before and this is not the same. The GlowForge also just stopped midway through a print yesterday (Sep 3 2021) and sat and burned one spot before we stopped it.
