Glowforge died and not powering on after a job

My Glowforge Pro was working fine, then after a job it just turned off completely (i.e. dead). I’ve confirmed it’s not the wire, nor the outlet. Is there a fuse I can diagnose on the machine, and perhaps replace to resurrect it?

There is not.

There is a safety on the rear of the pro. It would be extremely unlikely that it came loose but it’s there and would cause this.

The interlock is the staple-like think above the power switch on the back. It it’s secure, then the internal cabling has become detached and the machine will have to be replaced. You will need to email or call support to start the process. [Glowforge safety interlock does not affect power]

The “safety” is an interlock, it does not interfere with power, it simply halts the machine.

(Haha… I just realized - this video is in the post that you shared, and I recorded it specifically for that post to try and clear that up in 2022…)
