I am having an issue with my GF this morning. I have cleaned the lenses. Reset my router, computer, and Glowforge. Upon reboot of all items the GF is still showing an old bed image and appears to do nothing but “scanning.” The Glowforge itself is calibrating, I can hear the noises. It also seems rest/sleep due to the scanning or lack of that is taking place in GUI.

I’m not sure what you mean about the rest/sleep part, but here’s the list of troubleshooting steps for when you’re stuck scanning:

I’m sorry that you’ve run into trouble while using your Glowforge. I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
