Don’t know if it can be modified for acrylic. If not, then I think there are still plenty of non-first-responders who could still benefit?
And the cutouts could be uhhh…replaced so the design protects above the eyes also.
I will get in contact with them shortly and see if we all can collaborate with them on a ‘final’ iteration…or two.
I’d also point out that you should test your svg on an actual headband before making a lot. I was given templates that were completely off, and one that was usable required enough stretching that it made the transparency susceptible to cracking when it was put on. I ended up iterating several times before getting a compromisze between tightness and flexibility that I liked.
