I’ve checked all of the wires an my glowforge still isn’t taking a photo. it cut one thing out and then stopped working.

Is your machine showing “ready” or offline in the app?

It shows ready when I power it on, I ordered the black and white replacement cables on Glowforges site so now to wait until I get those. I also submitted a ticket for help but no response.
