Ran a job on my Pro unit today, and while inspecting the piece the unit just powered off. Attempted to plug the unit into another socket, unplug the cord from the unit, tried a different cord, nothing There is power going to the socket but I’m afraid the power supply went belly up. I dread having to send this back.

Welcome to the forum. So sorry you had to post about something negative and we hope you get it sorted out. As you probably already know, you need to either email or call support.
