I have had a glowforge pro for a couple of month never been able to use it. The laser won’t fire. It will move but won’t fire. I have tried everything suggested but still not working. I have reached out to glowforge several times with no response back.
There’s always an initial auto reply when you email support - are you sure their messages aren’t going to your SPAM folder?
Posting here in this section of the forum also opens a support ticket.
