I have an old glowforge pro that has stopped powering on, the cable works fine tested that first, so thinking I might need to replace the power supply? Its not a part Ive seen in the spare parts section and we are in the UK (England) so clearly cant send it in for repair. Anyone else had the same issue and can point to where to get an equivalent power supply or other bits that affect powering the machine on and off. Yesterday it was working just fine…
It’s not considered a replaceable part, and it is custom to the machine. That said, a lot of people have said they had good experience with wiregrass and although they don’t list it as an available part, it would be worth it to at least give them a call..

As in custom to each separate machine or the glowforge pro as a whole range?
All the (original) Glowforge models, so the Pro and Plus now.

Ive been offered a working machine with its motherboard taken out, could I just add my machines motherboard both machine are Pro but with about a 3 year age gap? I’ve had my machine sinse 2019
