I have recently switched internet providers and am trying to connect my glowforge back up to the wifi. I go through the setup steps and get to the part where I download the setup app that walks you through setting up and connecting, the screen is totally blank (white) except for a small glowforge symbol right in the top/middle. How do i correct this, or connect to my glowforge another way?
Try thru a different browser, I recently saw where Chrome would force you to use the app but Firefox will allow you to run the setup thru the web. I can not verify. Also, you could use a mobile device. I set up my new machine using my phone.

The empty white window in setup app can indicate trouble with Google Chrome. @eflyguy was spot on with the advice to try a different browser or device. Chromium-based browsers like Chrome and MS Edge can lead to similar trouble. It could be caused by browser extensions or av software blocking this, so using Firefox or Safari will be a next best step to try.
