I literally just cut some words out and a door hanger circle and it worked just fine. Uploaded this new image and it stopped firing. It goes through the motions but isn’t doing anything. Can someone please help?
Is there any chance at all that the new image you uploaded is duplicated and stacked one image on top of the other?
Try printing the Gift of Good Measure to rule out the possibility that the problem is the file, not the machine.
Double check that you don’t have 2 images stacked together.
Overlapping designs does not affect cutting. Only vector engraving.

Check the settings that power did not go to one and speed 500 which would look like what you describe. It does this automatically when there is a possibility of changing materials way overpowering and starting a fire
