Our glowforge is stuck on focusing and it will not move from the beginning spot. What do I need to do???

If you look thru the other messages here it looks as though there is a service outage or software issue since yesterday. I did a cleaning and still nothing. I guess we wait.

Posting here does not open a ticket. Everyone who is still having issues needs to have a ticket to get them to do something.

I opened a ticket yesterday. I was merely trying to let her know there was an issue. I didn’t and did cleanings, disconnected wifi and reconnected, took the cameral head off. Nothing worked, but when I called they claimed it was a software issue affecting my machine. That was yesterday. I was thinking I broke the machine or did something wrong.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem as you, I cleaned the GF, disconnected the wifi, reconnected. Positioned the head under the camera… nothing happens the software remains stuck on focusing… I don’t know what to do…

I don’t see an error message that was on the design page yesterday. I thought that today there wasn’t an error message that the software would work, but today it’s focusing again. Any one else heard an update?

There is a page where we can see issues. I believe this is being worked on. We all seem to be having issues. Glowforge Status…#

I had this and a full reset, including unplugging, fixed it for me. I think mine may have been something else, so many people are having issues… just waiting for mine to decide not to work at all.

One Machine stuck on canceling for 2 days now, the other one stuck on focusing for several hours. I reached out to support, hope this can be fixed shortly. Very frustrating
