Got a nice phone call from Glowforge and they explained that todays outage was not part of the software but that the google Cloud Services they use were the cause of the short down time less than an hour.

Yep, down again here too 
Some of us only have 2 days off a week to get orders out, and its frustrating when we can’t do anything either of those days now

Mine was stuck on homing for the past two days. Now it’s stuck on centering. Work is backing up on me.

I was back up yesterday after they “fixed” the issue and today my GF is stuck HOMING again
