Glowforge warranty

I’ve tried calling but was told they didn’t support these types of calls, I haven’t received anything about purchasing the extended warranty, I have a NEW replacement machine that has a 90 day warranty valid til January. I was told they would have someone email me, its been 3 days and I haven’t heard a thing. Can someone shine some light on this for me please.

Instead of posting to a public forum you should send an email to along with the serial number of your machine and a request to purchase the extended warranty if it’s available to you.
