Our unit will not power on.
100% have power at the circuit.
The cable looks fine but have tried different ones just in case.
I have no light at all.
When I flip the switch, I hear a faint “tick” as if the power supply is engaging, but obviously not outputting.
Is there a way to change the power supply? Or is there a fuse I can check somewhere?
We have left messages the past two days but have not heard anything from Glowforge.
Can anyone help? I have to get this thing going.
