Interestingly, they obviously did see it here as they posted your post as one of the newsletter posts to read. So, I guess it does pay to mention issues on this forum.
Read it? Perhaps. It is just that they are not required to admit to it or (more to the point) respond as was the promise when a post here was the same as sending an email.

Dan, tbh, I don’t even know if they did read it as I suspect. They might just use some fancy algorithm that chooses posts that have had the most attention.
I think “some fancy algorithm” is just those who just read it as they have some time. As noted the reading of it is more about it being not the place for official notification, than verboten for employees to read.
