I just got a second glowforge, this time a plus. But the plastic part of the lid is dangling and unattached to the glass part except by wires. I don’t want to send it back for this. It looks like it needs glue.
What is the best way to fix this?
I believe they’ve been replacing the ones with that issue.
I bought it for manufacturing a new game to keep up with demand during the Christmas rush. This will really mess me up financially if I have to send it back. I see I am not the only one that this happened to either. Bummer.
