My grandmother made these by the dozen. We have 8, my mother probably has 20, and I gave my step brother 8 as a wedding gift. And grandmother gave away a bunch too.
Can’t imagine how many hours of work went into all of those.

I hope your grandmother is buried in a gold casket. I crochet and these works of art took many hours. They are absolutely gorgeous. Your grandmother used a very tiny crochet hook.
