I just cut a file beautifully and then went to print it again. the 2nd time the head moved around but nothing was engraved or cut. I’ve turned off the machine, wiped everything down, turned it back on with no results. I can’t find an answer and I’m desperate for help. what are your suggestions?
Are you sure the power wasn’t accidentally set to 1?

I left the settings exactly the same and just switched out the material and printed again. it’s baffling

Share a screenshot of your file on the interface as well as your settings. Make sure that you haven’t stacked duplicate files on top of one another.
