The head on my forge is moving but no printing is happening. I am using files that have worked fine in the past. I cleaned the laser head. I have rebooted the forge and the computer a couple times. I actually shut it down overnight and tried again this morning but nothing. The power is not set to 1, it is set correctly. I tried to print the “gift of good measure” but it won’t work either. Anyone have any ideas? Please help.(I tried to post this last night but do not see it so if it shows up twice my apologies)

… but regardless, sounds like you’ve covered everything, and it’s something support will need to address.
