I have been getting “Head not found error” for a couple of months. Usually if I unplug it and plug it back in, it will work.
Today, I have tried doing that several times, disconnected my internet and turned that back on several times. Cleaned all of the cameras. Nothing is working.
I don’t know what else to do.
What is going on with it?
There is only one, in the lid. Try placing the head directly under it and then turn the machine on.
