Hi there, hope someone could help me with this issue. 
this problem it happened in different kind o prints and both during a cut or a drawing. During a print (not a specific one) the head stops its movements in a casual point while the control panel continue to show a correct countdown and performance of the print. Also the air fan continues to work properly, only the head remains blocked.
More over, right after this issue is happened, if I turn of the GF I have to wait several hours to be able to turn it on again.

EDIT: I forgot to underline that also with the movement also the laser stops.
