When you send multiple contacts, staff has to find them all and delete the duplicates so that slows them down. Generally it takes about 3 days to hear from staff via P&S or email - but you already chatted with Dakota so I’m not exactly sure what you’re expecting.
Once they cancel your order, it can take banks anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks (really rare) to refund your money - but that’s on your bank, not on the company.
Presuming Dakota didn’t say they needed anything from you, then they probably issued the refund from their end the same day. Now you’ll have to wait on the bank (and yes, staff will eventually respond to this post as well)
