Glowforge Arm making a grinding sound when it moves. Works perfectly when machine is off but when it turns on it continues to makes that noise . I tried turning machine off and putting arm and camera directly below logo and did not work.
Check All of the little wheels that roll on the sides and the gantry. One or more are likely broken.
