Hello, my topic was closed!!! i had sent a previous SOS on here and i cannot reply there anymore. Support said i needed a part, for the lid, the ribbon i think. Im just trying to get a response. I have been messaging back to the person and i haven’t gotten a reply!! i really need to get this resolved! i have orders to fill!
Sorry, you’re down. Just FYI email@example.com is the email address (although you opened a support ticket with this post, so you don’t need to separately email. But to check status on an existing ticket, Email is often easier)
