I do all of the above and my Glowforge refuses to cut this file. I’m using proof grade poplar. I have a Glowforge Plus. I’m using an iMac running the latest Apple operating system Big Sur. What should I do to fix this? TIA

I changed browsers, still won’t cut. It just hangs

it will cut an image from the noun project. just a simple outline.

Then it seems something in the file is causing the problem. Can you share it so somebody can take a look?

Hello @nancyrich9781 I am so sorry your Glowforge printer is not cutting all the way through. I can definitely assist you in resolving the issue.
Can you print the Gift of Good Measure on Proofgrade material? This uses known settings and on known material which will provide us with a good baseline for how your Glowforge printer is performing. If this does not cut through can you reply with a photo of the print, front and back?
Once I have your results I will be able to investigate for the best next steps.
