So the settings are automatic and everything runs smoothly but thepics i just posted are front and back and as you can see it didn’t cut.
Have you ever taken the lens out of the head and cleaned it?
Yes, after I had the error where it didn’t cut. I took the lens out to clean it to see if that would fix it but it didn’t help.
Your cut line seems pretty wide. Did you put it back in correctly? It should go back in like a bowl.
Yes, I just did # of passes 3 to see if that would help but for some reason it doesn’t go all the way through.
That’s my thought - or it’s a machine problem.
Grasping at my last straw - I’d do one more test using Set Focus before running the print. That will override the default focus height for the PG if it’s a material or height problem.
