Good morning Happy Saturday. I have the GF Pro this morning it was acting a little crazy, the focus was really off, once I checked the black line was loose, then it threw a spark and now the lights will not come on and it says the lid is open. Please help I have never had a issue and love my machine. It is not even a year old yet. Thank you in advance!
I’m sorry that you ran into trouble with your Glowforge this morning. Unfortunately, it looks like your unit is experiencing an issue that we can’t resolve remotely. I want you to have a reliable unit, so I’m recommending we replace this one. I see that you emailed us about this as well, so I’ll be in touch there very soon to sort out the details.
