I have been stuck for over 24 hours on calibration. I’ve cleaned everything, including the camera lens, printer head, air assist fan as well as replaced the black lid cable because I had a similar error a few months back and bought an extra just in case it happened again. The lighting in the room hasn’t changed. I’ve called and emailed with no response and have orders that need to get out. Does anyone have additional suggestions I might try? Thank you!
You could try connecting through your phone with a hot spot to eliminate any WiFi issues.
