Hello
I have been having this issue. Can someone tell me why? I have calibrated, cleaned the lenses and checked the belts. Also i focus before the cut os uploaded to the cloud.

This is usually a belt tension or cracked wheel issue.

If you run the gift of good measure do you still get those results?
