Help with settings on the Glowforge

I’m having an issue printing. I’m using a 12’ wood square canvas 12x12 and 1 in height and I keep getting an error message to check the focus and I’ve never had an issue printing before HELP

I’ve turned off the glowforge
I’ve pressed the set focus
I can’t find where to set the height at?

The surface to be engraved must be within the 1/2" focus range of the Glowforge lens. That means the surface must be between 1.5" and 2" from the floor of the Glowforge. You need to elevate your 1" thick item at least 1/2" to get it within the focus range. Stack it on top of some scrap material to elevate it.
