Hey Glowforge, please respond to my support tickets

I have emailed multiple times and received no help. I would love it if someone could actually help get my machine up and running again. Its been stuck on centering since tuesday. One of your team commented on my post yesterday that they were assisting me and closed that post, but i have not gotten any help so far. Not liking your shady business practices here.
