Hi, I am new using the glowforge pro, I was really excited thinking that I could use any kind of wood. However, I am having trouble printing on plywood or other types of wood. I finally read that I need protective paper. Can anyone tell me what kind?

Hi,
I was trying to set up my new glowforge pro
I followed every step, however, when trying to connect to the Wifi, I keep getting an error message
It’s telling me to refresh the page, and try again, I can’t find a refresh button
I am on the last step, where I enter my glowforge’s name
Help please
