I just turned my machine on for the first time today. It’s stuck in homing and is doing a weird shake every 20-30 seconds
Where is the laser head? Is it hard left or hard right? Define weird shake. An earth shattering grinding or a slight vibration?
Well first remove everything from the bed and I would give a good cleaning.
The unit can’t determine the location of the head. It thinks the head is off to the right and so it is driving the head into the left side. It uses the lid camera to determine head position. Could be a few things. Dirty lid camera, material cutouts that are being mistaken for the head or reflections from the window next to the GF. Pull the shades, remove the material, clean the camera.
