I cleaned my glowforge and now it seems to have no power. Tried everything and it looks like the top two prongs are the printer head ribbon my have the end broken. Is there a ribbon replacement part I cant find it anywhere

Will these work on an aura?
No, they’re the printer head ribbon for the Basic/Plus/Pro. If you have an Aura, it should still be under warranty, no? It first went on sale less than a year ago. If you think something isn’t working right, open a support ticket or give them a call.

Right now the only thing available in the store is a full body replacement - and you only need the cable.
Definitely reach out to Support (link also at the top of the page). You can do so by email form, phone, or even the Discord app 7 days a week.

Also, hey @Dan_H - the support website still lists the hours as M-F despite @dan’s most recent annoucement about extended hours.
