How do I cancel?

I had a sudden expense and need to cancel my order, how do I do that?

So I did do that…

And a ticket got opened (1836). But now I can actually buy it. So I do not want to cancel.

So I tried to send an update to the ticket, but the support system isn’t responding.

Please don’t cancel my Glowforge!

Requested a refund today via email, got a confirmation within the hour. Very snappy.
Best of luck with your launch, it’s good you’re taking your time vs shipping something you are not 100% confident about, I just wasn’t prepared to wait another 4+months.

I’m about to cancel my order. With this huge wait and no machine to pay itself off I’ll be paying more in credit card interest by the time it gets here mid next year. Sorry Glowforge. You lost a customer.

Go to the Glowforge.com site and log in then go to:

And follow the instructions there. It takes up to ten business days to process the payment.
