I sent a message yesterday and got no response. I still haven’t heard anything and it now 10 am.
My recent experience has been positive, no more than a couple of hours when on PDT. Also on weekends.

I received a response within a few hours. The first message was an auto response to let me know they received my message. They followed up and my problem was resolved quickly.

I did resend a message, this time I did receive an automated response.
