I sent them an email 2 hours ago about the same issue a lot of people are having “stuck on centering and scanning” and I haven’t heard a word from them. I have jobs piling up and desperate need of help!
Expected response is one business day. You should have received an automated reply with that information.
Thank you. I haven’t received a thing! Just really frustrated. I’ve read every post on her about stuck on scanning and I’m just stressed!

That will at least eliminate a lot of questions once you are communicating with them directly.
Even if they were to instantly jump on it the moment you sent it, it would take longer than that to find and pull your logs. Adding more tickets by adding posts to P&S would make it take still longer and even before Covid it might take a couple of days to find enough information to be able to say anything useful.
If you search all the cases similar you can see that it can be many things, and checking what you can about Wifi issues and taking the photos recommended and providing all the information in time and other details will shorten even that.
You might even get enough clues to fix things yourself first.
I’ve done everything suggested in every post available on here. Just having a bad day I suppose!
