How long is it taking everyone to get parts? I ordered a replacement cable a week ago and my order still says unfulfilled. I’m assuming that means it hasn’t even processed. I also emailed support a week ago with no response and again yesterday. Business at a standstill. Super frustrated!
Especially with parts like cables there is a high demand and difficult procurement issue so they do go for a while waiting for stuff to come in so it can be shipped out, and the holidays have exacerbated the problems. If you have volume to support it a second machine seems to be particularly common to take the load when one is down.
