I have sent emails to support to cancel my order, but I am not getting any response. I went to https://glowforge.com/cancel-pre-order/ but it sends me to the https://glowforge.com/ site nothing about canceling preorder there. I need to cancel order as soon as possible. How do I do this now?!
You have opened a support ticket and they will be along. They will send you an email later asking for your personal info relating to the order…
