How to do a longer print on pro

I have a single file to cut, and a pro to cut it with, but no way to get the pro to recognize the project.
It detects areas outside of the print bed and will refuse to print the whole.

How do I fix this?

Unless you are part of the pass through beta you will have to break up the file. There are several ways depending on the software you use.

…I signed up for the Beta testing when I got the pro but I understand not everyone can be a part of it.
That being said, because I had to go knees deep into the “figure it out” muck, I also realized that I never got the password protected PDF for pro laser safety…I have certification from other ventures which is why I guess I didn’t originally notice.
Do you know how I can get that email?

I’m sorry for the challenging start when trying to set up a print on your Glowforge Pro. It looks like you’ve already received some great advice from our other community members. Thanks folks!
