How to escalate support

Is there any way to escalate a support ticket? My machine is not working at all and I have been going back and forth with support for 2 weeks now, but with 2 - 3 days between emails, I am losing quite a bit of money with my machine down. I know I don’t want to put in another ticket, but is there a way to escalate to a manager or supervisor to get this done?

Perhaps you can contact the staff person that is posting in Discord and they might have suggestions.
