Just now got the Glowforge to fed ex and the office should now see the tracking data.
Please try and fix everything so this doesn’t need any redoing, And send it flying back happy and healthy as soon as it is able. If there is a better way to get to the exhaust fan even if the grill is on the outside please make it sp
