I can not access my cart at all

Good morning,

I click on the cart and I get the Error 422 message. I can add items to my order, but I can’t interact with my cart at all. This is only for the shop items and materials. I can purchase designs from the catalog okay enough, but I also still have my credit available. This issue occurred when I tried to purchase my materials and not use my store credit.

This only happen after a error with trying to purchase materials and an error occurred. I tried to ask the person that helped us with that issue at the end of the email, but i haven’t gotten a response yet.

I have had this issue for two plus weeks now. I have tried reentering my information like other people have, but that doesn’t seem to fix the issue. My wife and I are beyond frustrated with this issue.

Please help us fix this so we can order materials.
