I can only start my glowforge from my phone

When I try to start a print through the browser on my computer, I get this - the very instant I click on “print”. I can do setup and positioning and everything - I can focus the machine, the camera refreshes and all of that - I just can’t start the job.

However, I can back out to the dashboard in the browser, then use my phone to start the job.

But that isn’t at all useful.

I’m on the same network as my PC. The problem was only in Edge, so I had to reinstall Chrome. Now it’s doing it Chrome too and I can’t work out why. This is the only site I have issues with.
Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

My first suspect would be some kind of browser plugin, ad-blocker, or anything like that. When a web site acts wonky, sometimes I try accessing it in incognito mode, since that usually has no plugins enabled. But if you have any other kind of third-party blocking software that could interfere with network connections, I’d try it with that disabled.
