I am a brand new Glowforger. I opened a design and it showed up fine,
surrounded by white dots and dash marks. But when I click on it, it doesn’t move to where I want it on the workspace. What am I doing wrong?

So, once you have selected the design you can’t drag it around?

That’s correct. When I click on it it to try to move it, it just sits there.
The user interface is browser-based, so it isn’t the machine - try clearing your cache.

If you’re using a computer, try using the arrow buttons on your keyboard. That happens to me every once in a while, and requires me to refresh the screen, but the arrows on the keyboard would work if i didn’t feel like refreshing.
