I can't connect to my glowforge

I moved to the other area in the same country. I could use mine at there with no problems.
But now I can’t connect to my glowforge…
Do I need to do any process changing to other WIFI?
Actually, after turning on my GF, the heald didn’t move and didn’t hear a bubbling sound…

Yes follow the same steps as the first setup.

If you have a different wifi network, you need to do the setup again. Press the button for ten long seconds and it will turn teal. Then follow setup.
