I finally got my Glowforge! I should have the extra vent port installed today however…

I am seeing a significant amount of moisture in it. (It appears that they sent it from Seattle when I live about an hour from the factory in sunny Milpitas, I would have gladly gone over to pick it up but I know that is not an option.)

So I have two questions,

  1. I’m pretty sure that this will be a yes, but I’m assuming that I need to wait a good 24 hours after all of the moisture is gone before trying to run it correct?

  2. How long before I should expect my proof-grade materials?

That much moisture looks like it let the coolant out :frowning:

I’d definitely not fire it up. And definitely wait for Support.

Not cool! We’ll need to replace your Glowforge. I see you already emailed us about this and we’re working on it there, so I’m going to close this topic.
