I have issues

I get it that the new chat service is in beta and limited in hours but I just sat here for 45 minutes to get in and got bumped out in position 2 after trying to get an issue resolved for 2 weeks via email and having my ticket closed BEFORE the resolution was confirmed. The replacement parts I was sent do not resolve my lighting issue and I’m still limping along…

I guess I’m back at the back of the line?

@baz I am so sorry your Glowforge printer LED Lights are not turning on even after replacing the cable.
